Mike McIntyre BSc, MBE
Mike co-founded Xenogenix. He is a unique blend of engineer, marketeer and Olympic Gold medal winning athlete, and knows what it is to juggle priorities on a day to day basis and achieve excellence at the same time. Mike has led and facilitated major change and performance improvement projects for the RAC, Virgin, and Vodafone.
Mark Riley BSc, PhD
Mark founded Xenogenix after leading marketing, sales and customer service teams at Cellnet, NTL and Dolphin. He has worked on more than 20 performance improvement assignments including clients such as Vodafone, Virgin, Abbey and the Financial Services Commission.
Salesforce & Pardot Consultants
Dwayne Schnepel
Dwayne has worked in a variety of sales and leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Informa Telecoms and Media. Dwayne leads a team of Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA consultants that support customer is getting the most out of Sales & Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Customer Experience Cloud, Custom development and FinancialForce PSA.
Hi his spare time Dwayne is a keen Rugby and Formula 1 fan and enjoys the odd round of golf as well as travelling home to South Africa when the chance arises to spend time with his family.
Michael Dalton
Michael is a salesforce professional with 8 years’ experience working with Communications, Hi-Tech, Professional Services and SAAS companies throughout the UK and Ireland. He is a well-rounded consultant who knows the value of automation and optimised business processes.
When not buried in a project Michael enjoys hiking through the hills of Dublin or sampling cuisines from far away shores.
Paul McVitty BA (Hons), MA
Paul is a certified Salesforce Consultant with vast experience in both sales and customer service. Predominately focused in the travel industry, Paul has worked for some well-known brands including Virgin Atlantic. Prior to Xenogenix, he was working in Spain for 2 years for a leading budget travel company. Paul understands the importance of the sales process, as well as the impact of a successful customer support division. He is interested in sports such as football and tennis and also enjoys theatre, especially after graduating with a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Drama.
Ronak Dattani
Ronak comes from a consulting and Sales background having worked with multiple SaaS companies in direct sales and sales leadership roles.
Ronak has experience of working with multiple Salesforce implementations dating back to 2010. He has extensive experience of Sales Cloud, and bringing efficiencies to the sales process, together with end user/management training and end user adoption.
Rostin Walker BSc BA(Hons) MA
Rostin is an experienced ecommerce developer specialising in Shopify and WordPress platforms. After working in the city in the medical industry for 7 years he started pursuing a career in ecommerce and CRM solutions. This quickly lead to his first Salesforce certification and hasn’t looked back since. When not learning new skills, he participates in road cycling as a Cat 3 racer and travelling with his wife and dog.
James McCan
James joined the Xenogenix team in June 2022 and has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. Using his time through lockdown to retrain as a Salesforce Administrator he has since added the Platform App Builder certification with plans to include the Business Analyst certification in the near future.
Outside of work James plays drums/percussion and has been involved with flamenco ensembles through to grunge bands. He also spends a lot of time painting wargaming miniatures.
Daniel Hamdani
Dan is a certified Salesforce consultant with five years’ experience working in a variety of CRM roles. Dan is looking to extend his knowledge and pick up many more Certifications in the coming months.
Outside of work, Dan has a keen interest in sports and is currently training for the Vancouver Marathon. Dan also loves reading and going to gigs in his spare time.
Alex Haines
Alex is an experienced Salesforce professional with a background in sales and client services across the financial and business information industries. Alex started out using Salesforce as an end user then after developing his skills on the system moved across to a support role. Since then he has built up over 5 years in depth experience on the platform working with a variety of businesses both as a Salesforce administrator and in delivering new implementations. When not in work Alex enjoys being outdoors and is a keen rock climber who has been on trips across the UK and Europe.
Penny Thomas
Penny honed her Salesforce and PSA experience in the IT security industry. She brings her in-depth knowledge of Professional Services organisations and Operations background to her work with PSA clients, delivering new implementations and helping services teams streamline their delivery. Outside of work, Penny is a 3rd Dan in Aikido and enjoys spending time with her young family.
Thomas Hoey
Thomas recently joined Xenogenix as a Trainee Salesforce Consultant. He is a certified Salesforce administrator and App Builder with a background in coding and testing technologies before moving into the Salesforce space. Thomas is growing fast and is keen to add more certifications and business knowledge to help the company provide and deliver the best possible business solutions. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys football and tennis, as well as learning and researching all areas of Ancient History, a subject in which he attained a master’s degree.
Irina Unal
Irina recently joined Xenogenix as a trainee Salesforce consultant. She is a Salesforce certified administrator and platform app builder with a multicultural experience in sales and marketing in the tourism industry and charity sector. Irina is passionate about delivering effective business solutions and developing her Salesforce knowledge in order to contribute most effectively to the success of the company. She combines a professional and academic background, the latter of which culminated in her gaining a Master’s degree in Tourism Management. Outside of work, Irina enjoys doing yoga and meditation, reading books, and discovering new places with her family.
Matt Hemingway
Matt has joined our Salesforce team as a PSA Consultant. Matt is currently a certified Salesforce Administrator and is working towards his App Builder qualification.
Outside of work Matt cycles and reads a lot, he also has a 2yr old daughter so finds most of his free time spent making memories with her.
Paris Ioannou
Paris is part of our specialist development team and is Xenogenix main Salesforce developer. In a nutshell Paris works mainly on building programmatic solutions for our customers to fit their needs on the platform. His role is an exciting one as he gets to work on on both the front and back end of Salesforce. The solutions he designs are a full and final products built entirely by our team.
For fun he really enjoy working out, swimming, and walks in the city or nature. A fun fact fact about Paris is that he is a big Pokémon fan and plays it regularly on Switch!
Financials Consultants
David Ryles
David has 7 years of Salesforce user/admin experience across 4 technology businesses and is our main lead for Sage Live. David combines his Salesforce experience with 5 years working as a business accountant as well as another 6 years working in software Sales/Business Development, including a long tenure at HP selling into the Enterprise. David has a strong interest in selling financial systems into businesses with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering maximum value to the client. Outside of work, David tries to spend his time playing golf and football.
Patrik Antunes
Patrik joined Xenogenix in February 2019 directly from Sage. He brings with him a exemplary track record of benchmark development, consulting, support and customer satisfaction on Salesforce platform accounting solutions, as well as practical accounting experience working in various businesses. Patrick has 2 years of consulting, technical development and support experience of Salesforce platform accounting solutions at Sage as well as practical experience working in accounting roles for Mid-market & Enterprise.
Oliver Bell
Oliver is an experienced business consultant specialising in accounting solutions on the Salesforce platform. He has played an instrumental role in a variety of complex projects, including a nationwide roll-out of Salesforce, Field Service Lightning and a custom accounting solution that he developed. Outside of work you’ll most likely find Oliver riding his mountain bike in the welsh hills, camping or fishing from his kayak.
Ben Morton
Ben joined the team in December 2020 to bolster Xenogenix’s finance division and has a breadth of consulation and implemenation experience working with SMB and mid-market clients. Ben has 3 years experience of consulting and implementing Salesforce/FinancialForce/Sage Financials as Product Lead. Ben has worked for Sage and has extensive experience in FTSE 100 companies.
When not in work Ben enjoys the outdoors lifestyle and can be found relaxing in his hammock or scaling new heights on his gravel bike.
Vickie Balsini
Vickie has recently joined Xenogenix Finance Consultancy team as the new Project Manager. Drawing on her 15+ years industry experience, in both finance departments and software implementation. Becoming a specialist in implementation design, migration, and integration, using her PRINCE2 foundation and Management Accountant qualifications as a basis for redesign of implementation methodologies. Where the priority has been to make the complex simple. Outside of work Vickie can often be found enjoying time her young sons.
Codrin Morhan
Codrin joined Xenogenix as a Technical Consultant in out Finacial Division. Drawing on his extensive experience Codrin provides expert assistance and expertise in the custom-development side of Salesforce.
Like many of our team Codrin has a love of the outdoors life and enjoys walking in nature and cycling in his downtime.
Michael Caromba
Michael joined our Financial Force team in September 2022. Having been working with ERP systems for over 7 years we know that he will have a a wealth of knowledge to bring to all our customers.
Michael is a big fan of watching movies in his spare time, but also enjoys travelling the most with his favourite destination being Portugal.
Marketing and Business Services
Gemma Griffiths LLB
Gemma is an experienced Business Services Professional. Throughout her career she has working as an agency and in-house recruiter, Sales Administrator and in Event Management. She brings her experiences to Xenogenix to lead their growth in personnel, while supporting their HR requirements and event coordination. Outside of the office Gemma enjoys spending time on Chichester harbour sailing and SUPing, she loves to walk her dogs and is at her happiest when her can enjoy these things with her family.
Sarah Hill BA (Hons)
Sarah is an experienced Marketing Professional. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) degree and a CIM postgraduate diploma in Marketing, which is backed up with over 15 years’ experience in various marketing roles. With experience across Business to Business marketing including time as Marketing Manager for Motorola, Invensys Climate Controls and in Citrix Distribution. Sarah enjoys keeping fit, live music and theatre.
Samantha Mathie
Samantha has a strong marketing background having been self-employed for over 8 years as a marketing consultant. With a love for all things digital she aims to build on the solid foundations that Xenogenix already has in place. Samantha has a background in technology having started her career in the IT/Telecommunications/Video Conferencing sectors.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her five year old daughter, learning Spanish (slowly) and has over 15 years experience practicing martial arts with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Shaun Wright
Shaun joined Xenogenix in Jun 2022 as our Internal Salesforce Administrator. He looks after all internal Salesforce requirements at Xenogenix, maintaining the data and structure, implementing new changes and development. He also handles the internal ticketing system for any issues our employees have.
When not keeping our Salesforce platform spic and span Shaun loves to spend time with his family.
Anthony Clacher
Anthony joined Xenogenix in February 2023as our Account Executive. Having worked as an AE in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 4 years he has a passion for delivering customer solutions. He’s worked with some of the biggest organisations in the UK, across numerous industries including Finance, Media, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and High tech. Anthony brings with him a wealth of Salesforce knowledge on how the platform can benefit organisations and is looking forward to sharing this with our clients.
